i called and the person who answered to assist me was arrogant, snobbish, and the most unhelpful individual i have ever encountered. that was in the first 2 minutes of our conversation. i won't go into the rest of the conversation but suffice it to say i did not now nor will i ever use your service. in fact i will be certain to tell everyone i know just how repulsive this uhaul contractor was.
