Late last night Thursday 8/4 I was in St Pete and I noticed that my tire needed air so I go to wawa got air and found out that there is a nail in my tire but it was on the side not the bottom and within 5 minutes of driving the light comes on the dash saying low air pressure and had to get off the first exit that came up to try and get more air or change the tire to the spare. So as we were getting ready to start changing the tire I decided to google this place closest to me with denial that they would even answer cause it was so late at night. So sure enough I called and no answer, voicemail comes on I hang up. To my surprise within 1 minute of my call, I am getting a call back from a number I do not recognize but I answered any away and who was it? This tire place I just called 1 minute prior. I was in shock. He asked me how can he help me so I told him my issue and where I was. This man went above and beyond, he came to where I was which was about 30-40 minutes away and came to help me change the tire to the spare because he could not plug my tire for liability reasons being that the nail was on the side of the tire and not on the bottom like we find most nails in our tires. I asked him how much do I owe him and he told me don’t worry about it cause he did not want to leave me stranded out there. So the moral of the story is that there are good people in the world and just remember to pay it forward. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP 100%. Thank you so much for your help last night. I wish I remembered his name but he told my boyfriend and I never asked for his name.
