REF is an International Organization founded in the US 30 years ago. We are comprised exclusively of Business Leaders who are invited to join Forum Groups of 8-12 non-competing Members. The Forum Group becomes a high-caliber Peer Advisory Board, a Circle of Trust that meets monthly with a clear objective: to employ the Group's Collective Intelligence to make better strategic decisions and reach each Member's next professional and personal level.
