Very professional my call was answered the first time no holding no transfering to someone else to re-explain what was going on and the plumber was at my house very quickly.. Highly recommended!

My call was answered by the owner of the company, Not a secretary who had no clue what was going on and I did not have to explain my situation more than once. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful and helped me get my main water supply shut off until the plumber arrived so my bathroom which has carpet was not flooding until plumber arrived! (which was less than about 45 min and this was later in the day) They are the only plumbers that I called where a plumber answered the phone and everywhere else told me it was too late in the day... 4:30?? I was not ripped off everything was repaired and it still working... I highly recommend this company to EVERYONE the plumber who arrived assured me that he was licensed and insured he also went over every detail with me before doing anything... I was not solicited to buy extra products that I did not need and everything was at a fair value.. I will use them again and I just found out from a friend who use3d them they have COUPONS!

When I called Professional Plumbing Solutions I was in complete despiration of my plumbing emergency! I was very shocked when a real qualified plumber answered my call instead of some call center or random person who knows nothing about what was going on or anything about plumbing issues. They were very friendly, reassuring and very timely. The plumber was very timely in shutting my water off so my water bill was not outrageous, courteous, and friendly. I felt that this company is very professional and friendly. My plumbing emergency could not have been handled any better, I would and WILL recommend this comopany for ANY plumbing emergency! The plumber also told me that they also do remodeling, new construction and commercial as well. I am planning on doing a bathroom remodel in the near future and I will beyond a doubt choose this company again! They definately went above and beyond at a very reasonable price!

These guys are Good! Recommended by my neighbor, replaced my disposal AND fixed the leaky faucet. I can mark that off my list of things to do!

My water heater went out. I called Professional Plumbing Solutions and they were able to get me on their schedule fast and replaced my water heater for a Very Fair Price. They did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends!

My frist call was answered by the owner! He was friendly, knowledgable. I was able to get on his schedule quickly and they fixed my problem the first time. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend this company!

I have used these guys twice and they are excellent. Both times they beat the competitions price and did a great job. They were here on time and did the work they came for. Some plumbers try to up-sell you to make more money, however, these guys are completely professional and honest. I would tell everyone to use these guys over the competition.
