Ever since Gennaro Lombardi opened his first pizzeria in New York in 1895, the love for pizza has grown into a $30 billion industry in the U.S. More than 3 billion of them are sold in U.S. restaurants every year, and that doesnt including frozen pizzas.

Best burgers in St Pete. Charge for refills a little irritating. Great fries

I went here specifically because I heard they have 'amazing burgers' and found that they are nothing special. Standard 4oz patty on a bun with usual toppings. An 8oz patty is about $2 extra. Taste was so-so, I wish the burgers had more seasoning on them. And you only get the burger; fries are additional cost, and no free refills on soft drinks. The bill started to get a bit ridiculous once you add up burger, fries and drink all separately. Lame; the taste is not worth the cost. Lots of better choices for a good burger.

Great burger

This burger is one of the best around. I do like the size of the portions. Its better I dont gorge myself on massive burgers. I would so rather go with quality not quantity. I dont however like how they nickel and dime you. At first everything looks cheap and affordable but when they start tacking on extra for lettuce then more for tomatotoes and more for mayo and black pepper!!! The bill gets surprisingly bigger. Just Charge $7 or $8 for everything. People will still pay.

Same old great burger

I've been going to El Cap for about 25 years... and it's always been the same. I read some reviews last week and wondered if it had gone downhill.... so went to eat there before the Rays game. I was not at all disappointed - it was delicious!! Two burgers (with cheese), two drinks and a basket of fresh fries for $14. Can't beat that! Great service as always. If you don't like it, maybe you've just had too many Big Macs or Whoppers... El Cap is not fast food. Enjoy!!

The burgers are the best in pinellas county. The down side is they charge you for every little thing... you have to pay for refills, you have to pay for lettuce, tomatoes and onion, you have to pay for cheese, you have to pay rent on your soda cup. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! They also won't let you do separate check because they don't want to pay the visa charge of every payment. So they lump it all in one... cheap, real cheap. They don't even give you fries with your burger. The burgers are good but the rest SUCKS!!!
