The minute that buzzer let's me in, I am greeted as if I own the place. Anything I want to see, try on, admire, is at my finger tips. I have made quite a few purchases through the years, gotten pieces of my jewelry repaired and at all times, have been treated with the outmost respect and love. The staff is informative, explaining every piece of jewelry and how it is made, and by whom. Never a frowning face in the place. Only friendly. The customer service I experience there at Diamonds Direct is first class. I have shopped all over the world and some stores do not even want to show me their jewelry.
