We used Bayou Catering for our Wedding Reception a few weeks ago and could not have been happier! In particular my wife and I loved the Crawfish Dip with French Bread and the Cajun Shrimp but heard equally rave reviews from our guests on their Jambalaya and House Salad! They served our guests at the tables when something would run out on the line and cleared plates, cups, etc. from the tables throughout the evening, leaving us with virtually no clean up. They decorated their own tables and were the epitome of friendly and downhome, yet professional! We were thrilled and will use them again annually for a family reunion each summer!
