I never usually would take the time to go online and make a review, but I called Artistic Flowers and ordered flowers for my grandmother's 90th Birthday and the woman I spoke with on the phone was so pleasant and curtious to me. I wasn't sure of her telephone number so the lady took the time to look up the phone number and double checked my grandmothers address online for me. I thought that was nice because didn't have to go home and do that since I was driving. My grandmother LOVED her flowers and said that they were bright and beautiful! Thank you lady I spoke with and Thank you Artistic Flowers!

My best friend recently had a baby. She still lives in St Pete. I called Artistic Flowers to send her an arrangment and the lady who helped me was so patient and professional. My flowers arrived right away. Later my friend called to thank me and told me the arrangement was gorgeous and smelled incredible. I only use local businesses and this is my local florist because I know I can trust them. Highly recommended.

Had my order never delivered it. Never called to let me know. Found out 5 days later it never happened. They thought their web site server would contact me. Give me a break. They ask you for all of your info. Why cannot they call me back them selves. What happened with custermer service these days.
