Ambient Technologies, located in St. Petersburg, Fla., was founded in 1992 and offers drilling, geophysics and utility locating services. The company offers its services through several wholly owned subsidiaries, such as ATI Drilling, SB Drilling, GeoView, ATI Special Projects and ATII Brasil. It provides conventional drilling and probing services through a variety of equipment, including geoprobes, truck-mounted drills, support trucks, trailers and forklifts. Ambient Technologies geological and geotechnical services include geophysical sinkhole investigations, void delineation, top-of-clay mapping, hydrogeologic evaluations and seismic studies.
