These people are absolutely horrid. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists ripping people off. There houses are "fixed up" to the point of covering up issues but not fixing them properly. You just don't realize how bad the issues are until something happens like losing electricity in you kitchen for a whole week. Then when you have to spend a fortune buying ready to eat food for your family for a week because it takes them that long to get someone out to resolve the issue they don't even offer to give you a credit towards your rent to make up for it or anything. They try to scam you out of money and then if you call them out on it they file evictions full of lies even though they know you have proof that they are lying. Not to mention the motels they own such as the Mosely Inn. Nasty roach and rat infested places where the police are called multiple times daily usually. I would strongly suggest never doing business with these people if you don't want to get screwed over, taken advantage of and then have them try to kick your family out on to the street if you stand up to them.
