been taking my car there for years and I've always been satisfied the price is usually around 25% lower than most body shops and a lot lower than dealerships same help for five years been there 30 years I trust this guy and I will continue to use them

We have been taking our vehicles to this place for years. It is privately owned, and they have been there for years. Our vehicle was involved in a minor accident. The owner, (Bob) gave me a quote only to call me later telling me that it would be $100 more because he had to replace the door. He told me he ordered one from a junkyard and the job would be completed the next day. I showed up the next day unannounced, and saw the body man repairing MY door. The repairs were not completed that day as promised. I picked the car up the following day, and Bob insisted that the door had been replaced. I advised him that I can clearly tell that it's the same window, rubber gasket, etc. He back peddled changing his story real quick. The work was also very sloppy. There was a lot of over spray and he left several pieces of tape on the car. If Bob will do this to a repeat customer, he will do it to anyone.
