I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful work you did with my wedding cake. Everyone was raving about this cake (white cake with pineapple filling)!! Not only did it look amazingly beautiful, it was one of the best tasting cakes I?ve ever had. My guests were all taking pictures of the cake (forget the bride and groom? they wanted pictures of that cake!).For anyone thinking about wedding cakes, I highly recommend you. My friends and family know how meticulous and particular I can be about most everything, and this cake was no exception. I was 100%+ thrilled with it all.Great work! Excellent! I especially recommend their white amaretto cake, it was a hit with everyone at the wedding. The cake was on time, looked beautiful and tasted delicious. It was a joy to have one less thing to worry about knowing that Cakes by Carolynn was taking care of all the cake details.

I ordered a soy carrot cake from them. They were more than happy helping me with my allergy issue. Not sure what that other comment was about. Maybe that angry customer had the wrong business???

We have been buying cakes from this business for several years, Birthday cakes, and even got my sister in laws wedding cake made there. The best tasting cake in St. Petersburg, without question.
