- Work Performance Center, Inc. specializes in the prevention and rehabilitation of workers compensation injuries. Work Performance is a State of Missouri, Division of Workers Compensation certified facility. Work Performance helps employers reduce on-the-job injuries and workers compensation costs by creating a hazard free workplace and maintaining a healthy workforce, through ergonomics and direct therapy to injured workers. The Work Performance Center was founded in 1994 by Suzanne Wagar, PT, MHS, CEAS and Patricia Carroll, OTR, after developing the industrial rehab center for a local hospital system. We have two clinic locations, St. Peters and Wentzville. Each clinic is staffed with state licensed physical & occupational therapists specializing only in work injury management. Ergonomic consulting, injury prevention and safety projects are completed on-site at the employer s facility.
