Have bought a bunch of furniture, we like this store

I went into VCF to purchase a bunk bed for my two daughters. First of all I asked about the furniture protection plan and was told I didn't need it never explained to me. I recieved ok service when I purchased the bed however I was told it would be a month and half before they would have the item I purchased in stock at their distribution center. I asked was it a way to get it sooner and was told they would check the other distribution centers and call and let me know. Well a week later I never received a call so I called and spoke with a manager that said "I didn't tell you that." I said no another make manager did so she checked my notes and then understood and informed me that the item still would not be available until another 5 weeks. I then asked could I set up my delivery date. She said sure and requested a Sunday date and she said delivery was not available on Sundays and Mondays. I was floored because with Ashley furniture I recieved Sunday deliveries. I asked why was I not informed of the delivery days before I purchased. (That would have made a difference as I would have went somewhere else that was more accommodating since I am only off on Sundays). So I asked what else could be done. The manager had a very nonchanlant attitude and said if it would not work I could just cancel and get my money back or leave work early. I just felt that it should have been explained before I purchased and even if the manager didn't even a care she should have been a little more sensitive to my needs as a customer.
