Horrible costumer service. Every time we go there these people are least helpful and they are slow on checkout too. Stood in line for 15 mins and the line would not move because of a cash register/pricing issue. Did they open another cash register for the now long line awaiting to be checked out? Nope they could careless. Many of the other employees saw the line no one stepped up.

Left the items at the store and walked out empty handed and guess what found all of those things at Amazon for much cheaper.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! WILL OVER WORK YOU, DOES NOT KEEP INFORMATION PRIVATE. NOR DO THEY HAVE very little respect

I visited this store looking for an African American doll. The majority of the dolls in stock are Caucasian. I live in St Peters but had to drive to North County to find what I was looking for. The service in the store was great, but it would be nice if I didn't have to travel so far for a doll.

i bought an item a month ago and it went on sale. i went back to the store with just my receipt and they refunded the diff. now that is good business
