This is the worst nail salon I have ever seen. Horrible business, Horrible Management, completely dishonest employees. I bouth a living social coupon for them, they never honored it. I was hung up on by the manager and they were extremely hard to get a hold of. Every time when I called to set an appointment, they said they were full when they realized I wanted to use my coupon.



Stay away from this place, its dirty, go somewhere else that is more reputable. Look at the reviews on yellowpages.com and you will see I am not the only one who feels this way.

This place will not accept coupons even though they advertised them. I also had living social coupon and when they did honor it, I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to get serviced. Staff is rude and condescending. They turned customers away unless you were willing to pay full price. Manicure and pedicure was sub par with the coupon. I got better service and manicure/pedicure without coupon. Phone was turned off to avoid taking calls from clients wanting to use coupons.

I was very disappointed with Shellac Nails. I bought a living social deal for a manicure and pedicure and they refused to schedule me in once they found out I was going to be using a coupon. They then disconnected their phone lines around the time the deal expired so that people could not get through to make an appointment.



My mom walked in and tried to get her manicure and they were more than willing to help her until they found out she had the living social deal, they then refused to take her and said they were completely booked even though there was no one in the store. They were also very rude and condescending.



There are many other nail salons in the area that have low prices and do quality work. I strongly advise any potential customers to take their business elsewhere

This place is a joke!! VERY rude on the phone when trying to make an appointment and they are always booked out weeks in advance. Will never do business with them.

This place is a scam And their coupons are a joke. Get you to come in & then say you have to have an appointment to use coupons. Appointments 2 weeks out. For a nail salon??? Really????

Their pricing is not consistant either. Each time I went, was charged different amounts.

Stay away and go down the street!
