Horrible communication. Very standoff. Be prepared to waste and hour. No one in waiting room but tell you they are behind as staff tells each other stories

Website says closed at five. Arrived at 4:30, waited ten min to be told they wouldn't serve us. We were told they wouldn't do drug testing after four.. Maybe include that in your website? Plus staff was rude and unprofessional

don't make an appointment by phone.....automated scheduling is a joke...they take forever, repeat everything (IF they even understand it) and you wind up going back or starting over way too many times...whatever happened to 'real people' answering a phone and scheduling appointments? their service is pretty great, but the phone service and automated scheduling is a big pain.........
