Yep, they totally screw you ou...

Yep, they totally screw you out of your warranty work, they hook it up tell you there is nothing wrong charge you for hooking it up, and then when I took it to where I've always taken it before, Jim Trenary in O'Fallon (it was just further) they found a crap load wrong and told me that because I purchased a warranty above and beyond what it comes with that I shouldn't have been charged to even hook it up, so I call Lou Fusz they refuse to refund it and it's not worth fighting but will make sure to always make the extra trip to Jim Trenary!

Good service

I'm a repeat customer with Lou Fusz Chevrolet and have had very good experiences. Luckily I haven't had problem cars, so didn't have to battle any service issues as the other "review" has. I'll continue to do business with Lou Fusz Chevrolet.
