Provided by YP.comPurchased $10,000 worth of hardwood flooring from this company and six months after installation, the flooring in the basement is ruined due to poor installation (insufficient clearance left for expansion). Now the flooring in our basement is humped up by 3" and must be replaced. Poor installation, poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again at any price.
