Been renting a minimum of 4-6 movies every weekend for 4 years now, though have had a membership for who knows how many years. Recently, in the last couple of months, some guy is working there and doesn't believe in customer service the way that Family Video has always given. He's a Mr. Know it all that seems to play by his own rules, not the same rules that the rest of Family Video's employees follow. Quite frustrated!!!
