Provided by YP.com5 months ago i purchased a beautiful 2011 MKX from this dealer. Car is awesome! recently paint started peeling off of the front lower bumper, driver side. management at CarMax was unwilling to look at problem or offer any help in resolving this problem. I did purchase an extended mechanical warranty which i hope was wise. Do to the lack of willingness of management to meet me, inspect issue, or offer any assistance i would not purchase another vehicle from this Co. Sales person was awesome!
