Provided by YP.comI brought my 1999 Jeep TJ to Axleboy for various suspension, axle, and drivetrain upgrades and my 230k mile Jeep is ready to go anywhere once again. I use my Jeep as my "everything" mobile, including cross country trips, daily commute, and off road fun, and the quality of workmanship, customer service and professional attitude of Axleboy is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend and trust these guys.

Provided by YP.comHorrible company and employees lie- took a set of axles from my race car there to get second set of studs tapped in very common upgrade - they said they do it all the time no big deal done in 2 days- well a month an a half later they tapped in the wrong wheel diameter - 4.50 instead of 4.75 - wrong size and studs where not straight- then they never would call me back - then when I spoke with them they agreed to buy me new axles but then they lied and said they couldn't find the right axles to buy me- I gave them the part number from summit to buy them- then they said it wasn't their fault-that it was my fault- and they would just refund my money not buy me new axles- very unprofessional- In my book these ppl are crooks!!!

It is unfortunate that when I asked on several conversations,both at location and via phone to speak with ownership with my concerns pertaining to warranty and work performed on my truck and my displeasure,that the company would not address me but put Randy, the service professional being an in between "man" more than can be said for ownership, in front of what I believe to be a platform that ownership should speak and address.

Mr. Twist, thank for giving us an opportunity to earn your business. I am deeply sorry that your visit did not turn out as you hoped. I think you will recall that ownership (me) reached out to you on January 24, 2014 to discuss the issue. Your response was "no further contact was necessary". I'm very sorry that you need an expensive repair because your axle bearing failed. I'm also very sorry that the axle shaft that Midas installed welded itself together and resulted a catastrophic failure of your rear axle assembly, including damaging the quality repair and parts we did install. I offered to install the rear differential free of charge as a goodwill gesture, because we truly care about our clients. You declined our assistance. I do care about my clients and am always available to discuss service, good and bad. Provided by YP.comI found Axle Boy from a friend at church, apparently the owner Scott attends worship with us. I tried them for the next oil change. The employees were energetic and really made us feel important. They found a potentially dangerous situation with our vehicle and gave an accurate report on our vehicles condition. We were fixed and on the road quickly. I recommend that anyone looking for honest auto repair in Saint Charles, Saint Peters or Ofallon Missouri give this place a try.
