Dropped my husband's dress shirts off 4 weeks ago. Got 3 of the 4 back. Called (almost 4 weeks ago)and they said they would look for the fourth one. I've called once a week since then. They have finally admitted to losing his $75 shirt snd offered me a $65 check in replace of his shirt. I don't even care about the shirt at this point but as someone who works in customer service, this is just terrible. They should have offered me the FULL amount for his shirt weeks ago. I will NEVER use any American Cleaners again.

I was skeptical going there after the negative reviews on this site, but I have been there twice now and I should say my experience has been great. The service has been good. They are open till 8 PM which is great. I had my headphones left in one of my suit jackets and they promptly saved it in an envelope and handed it to me on pickup. Their prices (with coupons) are competitive. Overall my experience has been great so far.
