Kristine is very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I came in to resize a bracelet, and was able to get it back just a few days later, for an event that weekend. I picked it up and it was beautifully polished, it is a silver bracelet.

Kristine at the Wedding Day in Maplewood will be my go to for anything jewelry related! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We went into the Maple Grove location on 04/05/2013 to sell a diamond engagement/wedding set after hearing their ad on the radio. It was the worst experience that I've had! It was clear from the beginning that they were not interested in offering a fair price and questioned our official appraisal. I will never recommend this company to anyone unless they want to be ripped off. This company is a major disappointment.

This place is the most unprofessional, unethical, business I have encountered in years. Because of television advertising we went in to sell a 1.5 tcw diamond and platinum ring with a replacement value of $6000. They offered my wife $275. That's right $275! We walked away laughing! And, the sales associate appeared irritated that we did not want to do business with her.

Greatly disappointed...... I had a really bad experience at Maplewood's Wedding Day Diamonds. There customer service was awesome! don't get me wrong. What went wrong for us, was when we purchased the ring the sales person specifically told us if we didn't like it, we could return it within the 30 DAYS FROM THE PICK UP DATE. F.Y.I, this is on their website "If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any jewelry purchase from Wedding Day Diamonds, we'll gladly refund your money. To get your full refund, simply return your purchase to us, undamaged, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE." It took TWO weeks to receive it. After we received the ring, I changed my mind and decided to return it. Of course, we got slapped in the face with their return policy. I didn't check their website, so I was not able to return my ring. I just had to settle. What kind of service is that. Get this, this exact situation happened to my sister!! what a coincides!!! She actually looked at there website and found the other part of the policy. Lucky enough, she was able to return her ring after showing the sales person that this was on their website. I am just shocked that this is NOT printed on their receipt. I would NEVER purchase any jewelry from WD. If you decide to, just make sure you READ their policy before making a purchase. This a lessened learned for me and husband.

Wedding Day Diamonds had a great atmosphere when I walked into the store every time. I was greeted by friendly, sincere workers that did not pressure me into looking at anything specific. I was able to look around and then start asking questions. The workers are very knowledgeable and straightforward. There is little dickering that needs to be done since they have very competitive prices. The quality of the diamonds and rings was second to none! There warranty and knowledgeable staff is what sold me on buying from Wedding Day Diamonds. I would highly recommend WDD to anyone.

What a great experience I had in search for that perfect engagement ring! I visited a few ring stores at the larger malls around the Twin Cities, but always felt pressured to buy that day. That wasn't the case when I visited the Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove. They greeted me with a smile and asked right away if I wanted something to drink and a fresh baked cookie. Nice touch (fresh baked cookies always seem to relax the mood of ring shopping). The store was spacious and inviting. The staff was friendly and informative. The selection was more than I anticipated. They asked me the right questions and allowed me to freely look over their collection at my own pace.



When it came to looking at the diamonds, I felt like I was the only customer in the store. I was sat down one-on-one and educated on all the aspects of what makes a diamond so special. Everyone diamond is unique, just like every woman is unique. After the whole process was finished, I truly felt more confident and educated in my purchase. I probably made three separate visits to the store before finally making my purchase. But, just like a tattoo, a wedding ring is a lifetime decision. I wanted to make sure the one I picked for my wife was perfect in everyway...just like her.



After all, I only plan on making a purchase like this once in my lifetime, so I want it to be perfect. And Wedding Day Diamonds went above and beyond my expectations. My wife is glowing and she showers me with affection on a daily basis because of what her ring symbolizes. A lifetime commitment to happiness and love.
