I'm a 30 yr contractor. My customer found their way into T&G showroom and made a selection. It was now up to me to acquire product and get it installed.
I couldn't be more disappointed from the get go. Nobody manning the showroom. Very poor phone skills and communication. Both my customer and I were told selection was in stock. We pre-paid for it in full, 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE of my scheduled install. Come time to set up delivery, out of stock. Nothing but BS and the run-around as to when we would see product. I finally pulled the pin a week later, and called another flooring company I had used in the past. With in 4 hours the same day, product (from a different supplier) was delivered to the job.
I will never darken the doorway to T & G Hardwood again. One shot and done!

I stopped in T&G last week and I was amazed at the help we received from Jake and a couple of others. Not only was Jake very good looking but he was super helpful as well. The selection of products was amazing, lots of high end. I chose a product and we have a contractor setup to do the work in 3 weeks. I couldn't be more happy with this company
