I attended a wake here a few weeks back and was very unhappy with the staff. As people were coming in the door to say good bye to their loved one, staff were talking loudly back and forth right in the office to the left, with the door open, about personal or other work matters. So loudly i could hear what they were talking about! Standing in the door way of the office, turning back to conversate with the women at the desk eating lunch..at one point the old man was literally shouting!..ugh shut the door or something! They had no respect for any of the family for friends attending this wake and i found it to be disgusting. I did approach someone and let them know how i was feeling, but still do i really have to tell you?! Would never recommend this place to anyone.
