I had the BEST experience getting tattooed by Travis Chavez, the owner and artist. He literally did everything to be accommodating to me. Travis is an incredible artist and he tattooed a custom piece on my leg. It is without doubt one of the best pieces I have. Professional, considerate, super clean shop, he worked tattooing the whole 10 hours, very nice guy. His prices reflect his work and are very fair for the amazing piece if art he tattoos.

Travis chavez required a deposit before he could give me an estimate of what my tattoo would cost. I could not afford the price he gave me and asked him to adjust the design to fit within my reasonable budget of $400. He said no. I asked if he could do another tattoo design in my budget, he said no. I asked if he had pre drawn designs I could choose from in my budget, he said he doesn't have anything in my budget. I asked for my deposit back since we could not agree on a solution, he said no. Every suggestion I made he responded with "you agreed to a larger piece". Meaning unless I'm going to pay $600 to $750 for a design, I forfeit my deposit. I would steer clear of this guy and this shop unless you like being taken advantage of.

Travis chavez cheated me out of my deposit. We started a conversation about a tattoo design. We agreed on subject and style. I asked how much he thought it would cost he said "Not sure yet till I find the image and figure out the size. I usually charge 150 an hour for this kind of work but I�ll give ya a deal if you�re willing to hang out and let me enter it in the show" "I will need a deposit and then I will start rolling on this piece if that�s cool I just take a 150$ deposit." He gave me no ballpark price. He finally told me it would cost $600 to $750. I told him I couldn't afford that. I asked for options, to simplify the design or shrink it down to fit budget, he said "I can't ". I asked to pick from designs he has in my budget of $400, he said "nothing I have is in your budget" I suggested a different design, he said no. When I suggested that he give me my deposit back and book someone else. He said no. He kept telling me he would still tattoo but we have to agree on a design, but refused all my suggestions and kept saying "I booked you for a large piece" He wanted me to agree to a piece that would cost $750. It wasn't that I didn't like the piece we originally discussed, I could not afford what he wanted to charge. He is extremely unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Don't waste you time or money on him. Find someone else.
