This company is awful! Making an appointment is a nightmare as I couldn't get an afternoon time at all. It's not like I was asking for an evening or weekend time slot. They do not respect their appointment time and do not bother to call if they are going to be early or late. Mitchell the owner, is incredibly rude and doesn't care about customer service at all! Stay away!!

I was pleasantly surprised how good this team worked at my house. My wife and I are very happy.

I cannot express how HORRIBLE our experience was with this company. They cancelled our first cleaning 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Our second cleaning they were an hour late. When we spoke to the owner, he was very rude and abrupt.



I do not know what they did while they were here, but they definitely did not clean. They did a little bit on the floors and wiped some surfaces, but I could have done more in 20 minutes than they were supposed to do in 3 hours. I would have loved to have had a hidden video. And the worst part is, they made scratches all over our new wood floors. We called the owner immediately and he said he would get back to us tomorrow.

I made a reservation for 9:30. They went to the wrong address and instead of appologizing, they cancelled their appointment. I made an appointment for the next day at 12:30pm and they never showed up. Didn't even bother calling with an excuse.

The cleaning was good. But I give them 4 stars because the people arrived late although they called me. I bought a promotion for 3 hours (1.5 hours, 2 people) and paid an extra hour, so they could finish to clean all the rooms.

I have been using S and L Team Cleaning service for about four months now and I am very pleased with their service.



Their people do an excellent job and they are very professional.

Dont bother! This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I couldnt believe how rude the manager was when I called him with issues with my cleanings. His team messed up and he had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for not being flexible. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, go someplace else for your home cleanings and save yourself the mental anquish.

Horrendous experience with this company! Unprofessional and disorganized, and I could not believe how rude the management was to me. They could not show up at scheduled times, couldnt properly communicate with their cleaning teams, and refuse to make it right if there is a problem with an appointment. Dont bother with this company to clean your house. Worst experience with a cleaning company ever.
