The last couple of years I felt like I was never getting enough sleep. On nights where I had over 8 hours, I often felt like I only slept for 2-3. I eventually pursued a sleep study and was surprised to learn I had sleep apnea (my wife says I snore, too). I opted to try an oral appliance instead of a CPAP machine. I went to MN Craniofacial Center to be fitted for an appliance and to learn about my specific treatment plan. I've been sleeping with it now for several months and I feel great. Finally feeling refreshed instead of yawning throughout the morning and hitting the wall by early afternoon. (It's also nice to be able to just pack a small appliance when traveling.)Everyone at the office was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had. My wife and kids are happy, too, since the snoring has stopped. (Guess I was louder than I thought.) I won't hesitate to recommend MN Craniofacial Center to others that suffer from similar sleep problems.

I should have avoided this place. I grossly overpaid $1200+ for an anti-snoring mouth piece. They said my insurance would pay for it and they did not. This place is unprofessional in my opinion. Also, make sure you know all the costs to you before commit. If you need a mouth piece, look on the internet, they are less than $100.
