Female Associate got frustrated in explaining insurance coverage, she could be new staff didn't see her before . Male Optician who made / adjust the glasses was rude and unwelcoming. Can not provide a cleaning cloth because I didn't purchase certain coating so I am supposed to clean it with some rug at home? Slam the cleaning spray on the counter, the vive is just basically here you have your glasses get out of here, I am busy.

My experience with Roseville Opticians was mixed.The positives in my experience were that they were willing to work with me when my first eyeglass frames didn't fit me correctly, and corrected their mistakes when my second pair came scratched and when I had problems with that prescription (I went to Kennedy Eye Associates, which is next door).The negatives: they took a long time to fill prescriptions (nearly three weeks for the first pair), didn't explain all their policies upfront, I had to ask for an itemized list of charges a couple times, the head optician was rather clumsy with frame adjustments, their lab made at least two mistakes over the course of my experience with them, and they WILL NOT refund you if you are ultimately dissatisfied with their service! That is my biggest complaint. Most opticians are willing to do this (though perhaps at a cost, such as restocking fees). I repeat, ROSEVILLE OPTICIANS WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICEUlti
