Rockin tattoos ! I can’t speak more highly of an establishment. Joseph and the gang make it fun. It’s a busy shop because they do fine quality work. I must warn people that if they want to get tattooed right this second it may not happen . It’s a first come first serve shop. I’m cool with that because I enjoy the fun atmosphere as well as the fine craftsmanship of the art. These guys sacrifice years of their lives to perfecting their art. Those who appreciate fine art will love going here. Wait your turn . It’s worth it. A tattoo shop that is quick in and quick out should make you cringe a bit. 10 stars for Joseph and the gang.

I thought I would try a new tattoo place in the neighborhood and went to Rockin Tattoos. One was a short phrase on my arm. We chose a font (in a hurry for some reason) and applied the design to see how it would look. The letters were made up of thin lines as I had wanted. The guy made me lie down during the tattoo, which meant I couldn't see what was going on. When it was done the letters were @ least 3 times as thick as I wanted, and some open letters (Os, As) were completely filled in. ( I actually used an exacto knife to open up the most obvious one, which horrified the people in the shop, but worked pretty well.) I'm unhappy with this one but living with it.The second tat was a small design on my hand. Another guy did this one and seemed to be in a big hurry. Again I had to lay down. It ended up lopsided and off center and generally sloppy. I came in a few days later and he said there was nothing he could do. I emailed their website & a senior artist said they would do whatever was necessary to fix things up - at no cost. He eventually cleaned up the small one a bit, and we discussed how white is actually the best color for covering mistakes. He said it sometimes works to cover a small tat with white ink (rather than have it removed) if you plan to put something else there. Today I went in to do that (I hate this tattoo for many reasons) and was refused the service - even if I paid again. I'm not prone to tears, but they came and were ignored. I should NEVER have gone anywhere but my usual shop - Aloha Monkey in Burnsville. I'm glad other people have had better luck than me - but I won't go near this place again

If you are looking for a place to get a great tattoo at a fair price.... Then Rockin Tattoo is the place to go. The place is spotless. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Joe Christensen did my tattoo and it looks awesome. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that would make the tattoo better. I will be returning to Rockin Tattoos for all of my tattoos!!!!!!! Check them out!

I went in to see Travis at Rockin Tattoos with what I wanted and he made it a thousand times better than I could ever imagine! He was so nice and friendly and gentle. I recommend anyone looking for work done to give Travis a call!

Best shop I've ever been too. Been to several shops in three different states, never been treated any better than here. Worked with Joe over several weeks and several drawings to get it just right. Great communication through out. Pricing was great and accurate, no suprises. All the guys in the shop were so nice and friendly, talked about everything from music to hunting to cooking, very diverse group. Felt comfortable the whole time. In the end, I got the best looking, fastest healing tattoo I've ever received. I will always recommend Rockin' tattoo and will never go anywhere else for ink.

Take it from a client who won't even think of going anywhere else, this is the best tattoo shop. The artist are amazing and always able to get it exactly the way you pictured it would be. The shop is very clean and inviting, you will leave with a smile and amazing art.

I've been to a couple other places, but none of them compare to Rockin Tattoos! The atmosphere is great, the artists are amazing, and the shop is clean and tidy. I had a 4 hour ink session with Joe and at the end I was having a hard time dealing with the pain -- he let me take a break and was more than patient and understanding. I also like how they do Breast Cancer awareness tattoos and donate the raised money to the cause. The artists take their time on thier work and will help you design something that will look amazing as ink! Definately recommend this place. I have officially made it my only tattoo shop!

These guys rock! I've gotten 2 tattoos here and it is the ONLY place I go for my tattoos and I recommend them to everyone. Very relaxed atmosphere and they can help create exactly what you want- after all its going to be there for ever. They are all talented artists and their work speaks for itself. Rockin Tattoos is a great place to go! They are very welcoming from the minute you walk in until you leave. Joe did my tattoo, he made me feel very comfortable and kept making sure I was alright throughout getting the tattoo. He did an amazing job, I absolutely love my new tattoo!! I'm very grateful I went to Rockin Tattoos to get this tattoo done! :]

I will not let anyone but travis come near my body with a needle and ink. The guys at Rockin Tatts know what they are doing, get it done right, and make your experience worth while. You need some art done, call them. Ask for Travis especially and tell him Stephen sent you!

Dwayne was great! I am so happy with his work, I was there for a lengthy amount of time and expected a huge bill but the price was so reasonable!!! I HAD to leave a huge tip because the work was just too excellent I had to show my gratitude in some way. Remember your tat is forever!!! And worth every penny if you come to this shop....especially if you go to Dwayne Holt!!

If you want the best Tattoo possible go see Joe and the guys @ Rockin Tattoo in Eagan take it from a guy with 40% of his body tattooed this is the place!!! You just have to look at their website to see what I'm talking about!! Like I said see Joe I swear by his work!!!!!!!!!!

Rockin' Tattoos is by far the BEST tattoo shop EVER! Every single one of the guys in there are super nice and fun. I felt right at home during my 3 1/2 hour visit. The shop is clean and full of awesome art work. I was even impressed with the customers that came in. Everyone was very friendly.

Travis is a god! I gave him a picture of what I wanted and he recreated it into a masterpiece!!! I am stoked to start showing it off and to go back for another one or two or ten.

My friend referred me to Travis & Rockin Tattoo. I travelled 650 miles to get my ink done & it was so worth it!!!! I will never go anywhere else for ink!!! The shop was clean, the staff was friendly 7 the whole experience was the best I have ever had. Plus I have the most beautiful artwork on my arm & I get compliments every where I go!!!

my first baby girl was born and wanted a footprint tattoo. Catfish was very helpful friendly and did a great job on tattoo. will be back for another one. overall great experience would reccomond

Excellent Tattoos and affordable. I recommend LARGER art because these guys put in details that are priceless,pardon the Pun).For all the new business in Eagan that open up,this is the most fun.Joe and Travis have great attitudes and it makes for a pleasant experience. Once on Vacation,a pure Virgin with no Tatts an English Gent seen me peering into a tattoo shop before it opened and gave me this advice..."If you get a tattoo,go for bigger" His name is popeye and my guesshe meant once you get a tattoo you'll want more. I say get a Big design then fill it in with little ones.Either way Rockin Tattoos work with your tastes,I had scar cover-ups and other requests that turn out better,be creative and have fun!

I found Rockin Tattoos by chance one day when I was going for a manicure. I decided I deserved a tattoo much more than the mani, so I went in and was greeted with a smile by Trav. I had some Kanji near my collar bones that I wanted covered up. I had a few ideas, but Trav had even better ones. I now have two beautiful blue roses in place of the Kanji. I can't stop looking at them in the mirror, that's how beautiful they are.



Both of these guys are genuine artists that truly enjoy what they do. You can not go wrong with Trav and Joe.

I decided to get a tattoo somewhat spontaneously. I had the design sitting in my drawer for over a year. I brought it in to Travis at Rockin Tattoos and asked him to personalize the design for me with some shading. He did an amazing job catering to my desires with the artwork. He was seemingly passionate about his job. He stated that his work is about the art, not the money. I admire when people are passionate about what they do. I am very pleased with the work he did for me. It looks amazing and I show it off every chance I get. I was also very happy about the price range they offered. The work done is worth far more than what I paid for it!! I will definitely be returning to this tattoo shop.
