They will be nice just until you sign a contract with them but they will over price on all cost and will rebuild your home with the cheapest materials. They are very rude after the service is done and end up bailing on you after they receive their money. You can hire your own contractor and have others bid on repairs...never jump the gun like I did just be smart with your choice so you have something to compare it too. Ask questions with your insurance...they made it seem they were the enemy but they were the one paying for everything. Stick with your insurance or at least listen too them before signing a contract.

hired them to clean up after fire, and extremely dissappointed in their work from start to finish.

Provided by YP.comWe had a large rec room that had pet odors from the previous owners. We had tried 2 other "professional" carpet cleaning companies and they were unable to get rid of the odors. The carpets "looked ok" for awhile, but the smells were just masked and they always came back. A friend had recommended Restoration Professionals, so we tried them. Not only did our carpets turn out looking better then the last times, the orders were gone for good .... AND the technicians were EXTREMELY helpfully, polite and friendly, what a treat compared to other companies that we have used! Thanks!
