I would highly recommend trying to find a different dental clinic, they have you because they are open weekends and holidays. Seems they never have a delta dental dentist available, which means you can go however you must pay for everything up front. They absolutely cannot give you a clear answer on any questions, the answer is every case is different over and over again. They also charge much more than a regular dentist office. Be aware they should be up-front with people from the get go that means the first time you call not when you arrive and find out all sorts of surprises. Now Care, maybe you should train your staff to be honest and know what they are talking about it was so frustrating I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. You are well aware that people calling you are in pain, you need to tell them on the phone what insurance is covered and that you do not have a provider that will accept their insurance, tell them how much money they need to bring.

I'm not a fan of getting any dental work done, but Dr. Geller made sure I was comfortable and my procedure was quick and painless. Thank you so much. : )

These guys are the best. I went to a place in Roseville where the staff were rude but this place treats you with respect. They got me out of pain the same day. Highly recommended!!

I needed an emergency appointment and was able to get in to see the Dr. Gellar within an hour from the time I called. The assistant was also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service provided at Now Care Dental!

I have been seeing this dentist and staff for a few years now and have had a lot of work done. The staff could not be any better helping manage any pain or discomfort during my dental work. Just had a new crown put in and at no point did I have any pain during the process. It looks great too.

Dr. Gellar is kind, gentle and does a great job of making me feel comfortable. His staff is the same, it is always a painless and somewhat pleasurable experience to come into the Now Care Dental office. I will certainly recommend you guys!

I was really scared about going back to the dentist but I was treated very well at Now Care Dental and I am very happy to have found them on such short notice. The staff is very friendly and professional and I always feel comfortable in the office!

I like bringing in my boys here because they know how to keep them calm and seated the whole time. They are relaxed, (somehow, can I get your secret?) and I know that they aren't in pain. As a mother, that is a big weight off my shoulders. Thank you for your intelligence and clever ways!

To clarify, NCD is an emergency/general dental clinic that treats many dental emergencies afterhours, weekends, and holidays often when other dental clinics are not available. Yet, our clinic still maintains reasonable fees for the MPLS/STP area. No form of payment is ever refused even if it is a partial payment. We understand in this tough economy many have financial constraints and thus we strive to make payment options as accessible and convenient as possible. By no means do we want to communicate to our potential patients that we “don’t deal with the insurance companies.” In fact, many of our patient’s have some sort of dental insurance coverage, our goal is to always maximize your dental benefits. To further clarify, NCD provides the best possible estimate of what your insurance company will cover. Since you and your spouse were both seen as new patients, a more comprehensive exam and set of x-rays were taken. To your dental insurance company these were not considered “routine in nature” (covered ounce every 5 years). We value your family as patients and a refund has been provided for you.

Had a great root canal but they refused my payments and made me sign up for their finance plan and now I have to pay 3 times the amount quoted on the phone. There are many other dentists out there. DON'T pick this one.

I asked THREE times (first when I met them, on the phone when I scheduled an appointment, and when I walked in the door the day of my appointment) if they were IN NETWORK* for my insurance, and was told YES each time. Then they charged my credit card for the full amount, saying I'd get reimbursed by my insurance via a check in the mail. I got about a third of the cost back, and was finally told that they "don't deal with the insurance companies." I was stuck making up the difference (almost $200 for a routine checkup) out of pocket. 0 stars.Other than that, great service; no complaints. They're friendly, gentle on the mouth, honest, and like their candy as much as anyone else. 5 stars there.*See, the insurance company only "allows" in-network providers to charge a certain amount per procedure. If they're not in network, they charge whatever they want and you pay whatever the insurance won't.

They say they will do a payment plan, but once they set it and take money out of your account they just send you to the collection agency anyway even while your still paying! I haven't missed one payment and they sent me to a collection agency, well now lawyer. Jerks will never again get my business.
