Initially, we had an ok experience with Mr. Appliance. The tech wasn’t overally friendly, but it was just ok. The issue started when they could not diagnose what was wrong with our dishwasher, just that whatever it was kept blowing the fuse. They offer a 1 year warranty on the part, so we kept having to call them back as the fuse kept blowing. After 10 months of this, tech came out the 4th time, concluded that there was glass in our pump, replaced fuse and left. I went to use my dishwasher and it wouldn’t run. Called them, Ron answered the phone declared that it had to be the pump now, it must have broken and we had to replace it. I tried to convey to him that it never ran to begin with, so it could not be the pump, but he kept talking over me and claiming it had to have broken after he left, because his tech (and son) never lies. He called tech to say, yes, must be pump, we ll fix it, but you have to pay for it as it broke after we left and is unrelated to the fuse. THEN he hung up on me! My husband came home, found out that it wasn’t pump, tech NEVER turned water back on, so he lied to us that it worked. We tried to call them to tell them that they misdiagnosed it, he answered, found out it was my husband and now hangs up on us. Happened about 15 times. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all! I recommend calling somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
