I've been a frequent customer and enjoyed my experience until today. I made an appointment with my regular nail tech for a pedicure. When I arrived, one of the owners told me my nail tech was no longer there. I inquired on why no one told me when I made my appointment. I was told because it was the owner's policy NOT to tell customers because she would lose business. She said " they are our customers, not her's " (the nail techs). I said that is not right for you to lie to me. She didn't even apologize. Instead she said, well that's my policy. Moon Nails, you are going to LOSE customers that way. But I guess you don't care. Maybe you will care when customers start posting their unhappy experiences online and you start losing business

A very clean nail salon. Have never had an issue with a manicure or pedicure. . . very friendly. . . would go every week if I could!!!

I had pink and white gel on my nails and a pedicure. I've never received so many compliments from strangers on my nails. If you make an appointment, there is no waiting. Very clean, friendly environment--my new favorite place!
