I just purchased a V60 from Grant Lohre. Grant was very professional and did an excellent job answering my questions and selling me a car without my feeling pressure to buy. I think he was fair in the deal that we negotiated.

I recently purchased my fourth Volvo from Kline. Salesman John Rogers was respectful, diligent and very knowledgeable. John and the team at Kline went out of their way to find me the car I wanted, having it shipped from the east coast, prepped and delivered in seven business days. Everything was exactly as promised. First class operation. No monkey business, no games, no pressure, and no bad mouthing the competition. Dealing with John and the Kline team was well worth the drive across town from Chanhassen. I highly recommend John Rogers and the Kline team.

I bought my first ever Volvo from Grant Lohre and it was a wonderful experience. My XC 60 had to be transported from one of the coasts and he kept me updated on its arrival date.

A Positive Experience I have been a Kline Volvo customer for a long time and always felt that they really cared. Jody Landburg in the service department was so helpful whenever my car needed service .She was never too busy to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable about the problem. I recently had to give up my faithful Volvo and asked Jody to find me a car on their lot. One that would be suitable for me as I trusted her.She knew my driving habits and what I would like. I have a Volvo S40 which experienced a bad alternator. I went online to check for service times. Scott Muellner was able to get my car in within 2 hours. I had the whole jib finished in great time. I would certainly go back to Scott for help again.

Jody is one of the best service advisors we have dealt with - she has a wonderful recall of names and voices and is able to quickly recall our mileage and associated service requirements. Everything seems to be taken in stride with little worry and she delivers with ease. It is obvious Jody can only do so with the solid support, tools, and culture of Kline, so hats off to Kline.

Great service for a Volvo XC90 which, perhaps, is a bit spendy to maintain. We have 235,000 miles on it and receive a 25% "high-milage" discount which certainly helps. Bo Dunaski and Scott Muhlner are very professional and are a credit to Kline Volvo.

Had an issue that needed immediate attention on my 2006 S60 that I did not discover until after business hours on Friday. Bo Dunaski was very accommodating when I came in without an appointment on Saturday morning. Bo was able to fit me in and have the car in the shop within about 30-45 minutes of my arrival. Once the mechanic had the car up on the lift Bo explained my options before any work was done, and I was very satisfied with the result. I will continue to have both my Volvos serviced at Kline.

I have been a customer at Kline Volvo for the past 20 years. I have always received the white glove treatment from the service department. Ms. Jody Landburg is like my personal service 'go-to' person. She knows me and my vehicle very well. I am very pleased with the prompt, professional and excellent service I receive from Kline Volvo. Whenever I have had a problem, Jody Landburg has explained everything to me, gotten the job done correctly and quickly. If I have had to leave my car for service I have been provided with a loaner vehicle. I am so fortunate to have Jody Landburg as my Service Representative at Kline Volvo. She is very knowledgable and very professional. In 20 years I have always had good experiences with Kline as customer satisfaction is their mission.
