Sat in line waiting my turn, cashier called for backup, lady behind me asked for assistance and backup cashier helped her first after I protested. Horrible customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and will not return here again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I had called this location on my way to the store to verify they had the exact thing I needed in store, the woman on the phone said, "don't worry we have plenty here, I just seen it" I got to the store 20 minutes later and there was no fabric!! Then the woman I was speaking to told me it was my fault because I didn't tell anyone to put it on hold! First of all if they "had plenty" what are the odds of it selling out in 20 mins and second of all, maybe the woman who answered should have offered to put it on hold!! Pathetic!

Cheap stuff. Minimum service. You get what you pay for...
