DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Incredibly disappointing. Like the other reviews, they were incredibly unprofessional (being two hours late, incredibly pressuring, and overall incompetent). In all honesty, I am embarrassed I used this service. What a waste of time, money, and energy.

Do not waste your time with this company! Very high pressure unprofessional salesman trying to bilk you out of more and more money because your carpets "need" it. They finally let me use my Living Social voucher but wouldn't do the stairs or any room with berber carpet. This was all after we waited over two hours for them to show up. Awful!

Like many others, we wasted money on J & J. Before moving out of a rented townhome, we brought these guys in to clean the carpets. In the end, a careless tech added an additional stain in the living room. Numerous calls to the phone number on the invoice and to the tech went unanswered. They did a terrible job, and don't answer the phone, or call back, once they've been paid. To save our security deposit, another company was brought in to redo the work.

I cannot stress enough what a terrible experience my wife and I had with these people.



First, they were over 2 hours late for the appointment. I understand that this is a common issue with services and it wouldn't be so bad had they not told me multiple times that they were 5 minutes away. The last time he said he was 5 minutes away was an hour before he actually showed up.



Then, they called my wife to talk about the service before starting. They pressured like crazy telling her they had to do hundreds in extra work but they'd give her a 'deal' for only an extra $100.

When she declined our guy was incredibly insulting and said 'I don't know why you can't understand what needs to be done, I guess I'll have to call your husband.'



It baffles me that someone thinks they can treat my wife (or me, or anyone!) that way and still have my business. 1 star is too generous for these scam artists.

I can't rate them on service because they never showed up. When my husband called the "customer service" gentleman didn't even try and keep our business and told him to "call living social to get your money back." He then hung up... Wow. Never again.

I had J & J carpet cleaning come out they were able to get out stains that a previous company 2 months before wasn't able to get out they were very knowledgeable about their product and I would recommend them to family and friends

Horrible customer service. Needed brand new carpets cleaned due to apartment move out rules. Never showed up. Poor communication between office and technicians.



I repeat. NEVER SHOWED UP.



Do not use. Groupon was refunded by groupon, they already had problems with this company.

Terrible. Company came to conduct emergency flood service. Dropped off fans, ripped up carpet, removed padding, wood trim, etc. Only let it sit for 36 hours with the fans, came back, took the equipment. 3 days later, came to reinstall the carpeting. I let them know it still smelled like mildew, etc., and that I didn't think it dried long enough. He reinstalled the carpet anyway. Did not put on the trim, and left a HUGE pile of wet carpet padding outside our house and filled our garbage can with it, when we were charged for disposal of the carpet padding. We called and let them know the job wasn't done. That it still smelled like mildew. They promised to come out and fix it. We made an appointment. No show. We made another appointment. No show. We made ANOTHER appointment. You guessed it.... no show. Another appointment was made and again, no show. Finally, we hired another company to do the job correctly and backcharged the incomplete service.



Now, we are getting constant phone calls from them. My husband answered the phone and a man named David that called told my husband to "Shut up, Mother F*cker." No joke. My husband explained yet again the job wasn't complete and wasn't done correctly. The man continued to get aggressive so my husband ended the converstation by hanging up. He called two more times. I'm afraid the harrassment will continue.
