What a difference from the chain stores. These people know jewelry. It's nice to deal with professionals, unlike commission driven sales people with little experience. Check it out! It's quite a learning experience. Not all jewelry is the same.

My wife and I were looking for a anniversary diamond band. We had been to some mall stores but didn't feel right about how we were treated. Her co worker told her about Innsbruck. We were so happy about how we were treated. Very quality people. They sold us a nice ring and we needed it sized so they did it when we waited in the store. We get free polishing any time we go in too. Highly recommend them.

This place is the most refreshing buying experience I've had in a long time. I could tell that these folks really enjoy what they do. They know what they are talking about. They showed me on a monitor under a microscope the difference in their workmanship. The selection of jewlery is really good. A lot of unusual things. They sized our new ring while we waited. They also shined and cleaned our other jewelry. The owner is there in the store and the staff is exceptional with customer service. Highly recommended.

These people are fantastic. I could tell right away that I had come to the right place. Steve and his staff really take care of your needs. They fixed my wedding ring while I waited. When I asked about upgrading to a larger diamond they didn't pressure me. They make jewelry so they know what they are talking about. It is so different than a chain store in the malls. They have designer jewelry too. They won some award from the better business bureau I believe. A good place.
