The worst custoner service ever. Avoid this place at all costs. I was looking for an alabaster mantel clock for my 37th wedding anniversary. Owner said they did nit gave any, then spent the next 10 minutes berating me because no reputable dealer would ever make such a thing.He did not spend 1 second to discuss what I wanted and why. I wasnot interested in the perfect click I was looking for an anniversary gift. A reputable dealer would gave listened to the customer and maybe offer a good custom clock with an alabaster fugurune added to it.

Guess I stopped in on the wrong days. I went in to see about getting my clock repaired. It took way to long to greet me. They were eating in the back. I took a chance and left my clock. When I went back to get it they couldnt find it. all the while employees yelling at one another. . My mistake save yourself go anywhere else.

Bad experiance they were yelling at one another and I saw one of the employees run in the back crying. I left in a hurry. It was too bad I had wanted to see inside the store for years. Had i only known what was going on inside I would've kept driving. Now you are warned. I gave it one star [some people like yelling].

We went in to check on a clock. And it was quite offencive. The owner was yelling at someone on the phone about President Obama. I believe everyone can have political opinions. But I just dont care to hear the hatred he was saying. We got out fast. Its to bad.it looked like a ok store but were not used to hearing those kind of remarks.Its no place for children.

What a great shop. Owned and operated by the same gentleman for over 40 years. He has great help who know the business. Whether it's repair or sales the staff has the answers. They also now carry women's boutique items and the day I was in, the place was packed with ladies. Glad to have a unique treasure in the neighborhood.

This place is a gem ! They have so many clocks it makes it impossible to decide. I didn't realize they also have a wonderful boutique on site also, offering great prices on women's scarves and other accessories . I will be back often as the selections change often.

Customers are treated like family as soon as we walk in the door. We took in a clock we bought there over 10 years ago. They were able to fix it for us and the service was second to none. Prices on new clocks are reasonable and the variety to chose from makes it fun but hard to decide! Love this place!

I decided to venture into a rather unique clock project this Christmas and found myself biting off a bit more than I could chew, so I did an internet search and found House of Clocks and headed there the Saturday before Christmas (yes, you can say procrastination!) I was so blown away by the level of customer service I received that I had to write a review. I wish I had names but the two women working that day, but they were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to provide me exactly what I needed to complete my project on time and it was a hit!! If your looking for a clock or venturing into making your own or want them to make it for you go see them, you won't be disappointed!
