We are a community based non-profit organization with over 15 years experience in providing PCA and Home Health Services. If your family member, neighbor or friend has any of the following diagnoses, they may be qualified for Home Health and PCA services: heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, sickle cell, lupus, leukemia, cerebral palsy, breathing problems, chronic joint and back pains, blindness and cancer. Hope International Home Health Services is the best in providing home health services in the Twin Cities and its surrounding counties. Our PCA are funded by Medicaid and Medicare. Persons with the following programs are eligible for our PCA services: EH-Emergency MA, IM, KK and LL, MA, NM and RM.
