Even though Great Lakes appointments are booked 10 weeks out it was worth the wait! I love my new rain forest shower head which includes a handheld shower head as well. The soaking tub is very relaxing, the Onyx walls are shiny and seamless so it’s very easy to keep clean and our new floor makes are are entire bathroom feel brand new. Also, the installers were very professional and they were friendly with my pets, they were very careful not to let my dog or my cats out the front door. Thank you Great Lakes!

Great Lakes just installed two new windows and did a bathroom remodel for me. I am very pleased with how everything went. I have an older home so there are always a few surprises that pop up when you're doing a remodel, but everything was taken in stride by the installers that were out here. I am very impressed.

The sales pitch was longer than necessary, to much information. I did not like the pressure of having to decide right now to get a discount, not having the opportunity to get other estimates. We were told 6 to 8 weeks to start and that turned into almost 12.
I was very satisfied with the installation. Nice materials and the installers were friendly and informative. They did good work and very professional, cleaned up every night.

Nice fixtures and surround wall. Very expensive for the work that gets done. I had two bathroom installs done for $17K. Way over priced in my view. You could get the same work done for less than $12K and be just as happy and money to spare. Do you homework. Don't be oversold by the slick sales pitch and good house keeping seal of approval. It's all part of the sales pitch to drive the price up.
