"The Best" (period) ... I'm going to admit upfront, I'm a hard to please type of person. I'm crazy about customer service and crazy about the quality of product. Todd and his team went way beyond anything I've ever experienced! I'm also a "YOU-nique" type of person so getting something custom made just for me is exactly what I wanted. After 20 years of marriage my husband treated me with an amazing new ring custom made! We are more than thrilled with the entire experience. Highly - Highly Recommend! I read all the reviews and went with this company because of it. Not one thing went the way we had planned. We had to get another jeweler to fix their blunders. They have no communication between their workers. We tried to have a wedding band to go with an engagement ring my mother in law gave me. They forgot all about the engagement ring and created a ring that was great, but didn't go with the ring at all. When I finally got it back I had a round wedding ring attached to an oval engagement ring. At the same time, we had some diamonds we wanted put into my husband's wedding ring. He even marked on the ring where he wanted the four diamonds to go. Two large in the middle and two small on the outside. Came back with five diamonds. One large in the middle. Just horrible. They said they sized my ring to a 9, the jeweler that fixed my ring said it was not even the right size. When they say they will call you that day, expect it the next day or later. I do not usually have complaints, but with this company, there was no way not to and I do not want anyone else to go through the nightmare we did. I paid over $1,000 for a ring that looked ridiculous and didn't fit.

I couldn't be more happy with Gold'n Treasures if I tried. The process of designing my ring was time intensive, and I'd see a CAD picture of it and find something I didn't like. I felt terrible every time I asked for a change, but Todd & the team just smiled and encouraged me saying it was a part of the process. I had so much fun browsing all the rings, and picking bits and parts of several designs to put into my perfect for me ring.The smiles, laughter, encouragement, and love of life are irresistible - and I see no need to go anywhere for any other jewelry than Gold'n Treasures. Todd & crew will always have my business - if for no other reason than there clear as crystal honesty, and care for you.Couldn't do better in NYC or Rodeo Drive - Gold'n Treasures is simply the best!!

Todd and his staff at Gold'n Treasures are truly one of a kind. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We learned so much about the diamond business and Todd actually encouraged us to take what we learned and go to other businesses. He was right! After going to many stores looking for the perfect engagement ring, I happened to stumble upon this hidden gem of a jewelry store on a walk down Grand Ave. As soon I stepped inside, I knew this wasn't like all the big retail stores. Looking to get away from some of the traditional wedding ring designs, I took the initiative and designed both my wife's ring and my own band. While I had never done business with Gold'n Treasures before, they had come highly recommended and they were also conviently located. The staff walked us through my options included stones, pricing for different shapes, samples of the stones and more importantly the timeline to get the finished product. While both rings were custom-made they came out beautiful and there wasn't a single problem. Shops like this are one in a million and these guys will always be the first place I'll look for future purchases and the band on my finger will forever remind me that I made the right choice!
