Fireside Hearth & Home, Roseville, MN Headquarters

On Monday January 6, 2014 I had this company service my 2 fireplaces in my home. The professional service man was here for 1 hr, no parts were needed or replaced. He handed me bill for $474.00. I couldn't believe this. When I called for an appointment back in early December the customer service person did not inform me of the charges nor did I ask. I did use this company back in 2205 and the charges were very reasonable. The auto repair people and plumbers get around $125.00 per hr, this company thinks they are Doctors or Lawyers to charge this much
