I have great experience with Enterprise at Minneapolis Airport. The agent at the counter was very friendly and courteous. She processed my reservation very quickly and helped me to select a SUV from the lot. I was on my way leaving the airport in less than 15 minutes.



On the 3rd day, my rental SUV suddenly has intermittently lost its fan speed and cooling. When I returned my rental next day, I mentioned the issue with the A/C to the receiving agent at the parking lot. Without asking, he was generously giving me an additional 5% discount to my rental on behalf of Enterprise to apologize for my rental A/C issue.



That was great service. Enterprise with great employee has just earned a loyal customer like me.
