We use top quality paints and finishes, so we can guarantee durability through the season. Our 3-year warranty allows a total of two touch-ups from the initial completion of the project. There are several variables that can affect a professional painting project, some of which are out of our control. These include outdated roofs, leaks, faulty gutters, ice damage and back up, shady areas, landscaping too close to the house, water damage, etc. Our team of professionals will inform you of any of these things prior to, or upon finding them during the project. Residential Interior Process: 1.The Set Up: Here we take the steps necessary to protect your flooring, furniture and other items from being damaged. This includes covering the floor with drop cloths and moving all items to the center of the floor where they are covered by plastic sheeting. 2.Preparation: Next, we prepare the walls and ceilings so the final results will look as good as new. This step may include sealing stains, scuff sanding the surface and filling holes and cracks. 3.Painting: Now that the room is properly prepared, it is time to prime the areas that have been repaired and to apply the paint. 4.The Clean Up: After the paint has been applied, we remove our materials and then move your furniture and accessories back to where you request. We then vacuum and sweep your floors to ensure the room is as clean, if not cleaner, than before we started. 5.The Inspection: Finally, we inspect our work and then ask you to perform an inspection to make certain our work has met your expectations.
