They were able to junk my car on Sunday. This partly makes up for the 2 times I tried to get this done earlier. They paid what I expected.

I contacted crosstown auto to junk my car. I explain to them that I misplaced my title and they said no problem. Setup a time and date and they came right away as said. Paid me reasonable for my old car and I was happy they took it away. Awesome place I would call them again!

I went in to junk an old car and the process couldn't have been easier. I got a great price and was in and out in a matter of a few minutes. We ended up looking at few used cars while we were there and were very impressed! After talking with Trevor he informed us that hey do a very thorough inspection on every vehicle they sell and fix the things that need fixing. We will definitely be going back to Crosstown Auto when our daughter turns 16 and needs a car.

If you are buying a car, selling a car, or just need some parts - Crosstown is great! I junked my car there and they gave me a good price with no frustrations - I was in and out in 20 minutes! They are a dealer too so they handle all the title work with care. I even saw some guy buy a tire for $20 mounted and balanced.

Horrible customer service...staff was very rude
