We brought in our 5-year-old mower because it was running rough and self propel was weak. We told them we had just replaced spark plug. After 5 days, we called them and they said they forgot to call us but it was ready. Astounded to see bill for $150. Included new spark plug and air filter. !! Brought it home and drive cable broke immediately. Brought it back again and and again they forgot to call. Charged another $30 for a $5 cable, which they should've fixed the first time. Never again--lost our business and will tell others.
