The absolute worse service ever. Gave me a replacement attorney without reason. Not happy! The attorney I had didn't do much of anything to advise me or protect me. Then the replacement attorney submitted paperwork to the court that I didn't authorize.

Be very careful of these people.

To whom it may concern~I specifically went to this firm looking for someone to represent father's rights as they advertised. I had a free consult and thought all went very well and agreed to use their firm.



The laywer talked a good show when in the office but in court, she was like a deer caught in the headlight. She was so over manuvered that it was almost imbarrasing if it hadn't been so costful emotionally. It was clear that her experience, knowledge and ability to be agressive was very over stated. the communciation between myself and her wasn't very good either, with poor explanations of the legal system and papers.



If you use this firm, go to the top if you can afford it. If not stay away! Maybe at the top they truly represent themselves as advocates for Father's rights but down the org chart, the representation was not there. Many, many dollars later I had to find another lawyer who did more for me in my brief time of business then the lawyer from Butler, Husin & Allen did, and for a lot less money.



I would heavily caution you from using this firm, unless a very straight forward case. I now have visitations with my child and hope for the best, but, should I end up back in court for any reason, with regards to my father's rights, I would stay clear of this firm and it misrepresentation.
