They came to our house and did the work we requested and at a very reasonable rate.

HOWEVER, they had to put a hole in the wall from a closet in a bedroom to the bathroom to fix the pipe - fine, we understand that. But they entered a bedroom and handled the clothing without notifying the homeowner FIRST who was home at the time. And while doing that they broke my closet door.

It's a bifold door, and the pieces that hold the closet to the frame were scattered around the closet floor, and the wood of the door was pulled apart. The plumbers, when this was pointed out, insisted they didn't do it and we "were lying".

After all the plumbing was finally fixed correctly, the owner refused to fix my closet door, to make restitution, or to even return my phone calls.

None of the projects we asked them to do were done right the first time, and the customer service of the two plumbers and the owner was deplorable.

Now it's in the hands of the BBB.
